Manifesto
The Mojo Factory Manifesto
Why we built this
Most code will be generated. Not someday. Now.
Writing code is no longer the hard part. Any model can write code.
The hard part is knowing the code does what we wanted. In the way we wanted. Inside the architecture we agreed.
Code has become cheap. Confidence has not.
So we built Mojo Factory: a sovereign software factory.
What we believe
Sovereign AI. Your alpha is yours.
Your alpha is your know-how, your domain, your way of doing business. Build on it exclusively. The factory is sovereign: it runs inside your boundary, with your code, your data and your keys. You choose the models. Your alpha never trains someone else's AI and never leaves without your say.
What the factory builds is yours too. Every line, readable and maintainable by your team. No lock-in. The factory can go. The software stays.
Nothing is post facto. No guess game.
Behaviour is defined before code. Architecture is designed before code. The plan is made before code. Everything as desired and intended, upfront.
Why? AI fills every gap you leave with a guess. Leave the intent vague and you get a different answer each time. Find the mistake after the build and you pay for it twice: once to build, once to undo. Fix the intent first and the factory has something to check against. Then every change can be proved right or wrong before it ships.
Generated code must be governed.
When most code is generated, governance is not optional. Every change aligns to the functionality we approved. Every change stays inside the architecture we agreed.
Accept on evidence.
Not on what the agent says. The factory runs the checks itself, on the real path, and keeps the proof. A change is accepted only when the evidence says so.
Humans stay in control.
Agents do the work. People decide. Step in at any point. Approve, stop, change direction. Ship with confidence because you were in control.
Deterministic results from a probabilistic system.
Models are probabilistic. Our results cannot be. Same intent, same checks, same standard. Every time.
Easy is a feature.
Building software should be easy. If you know what you want out of it, that should be enough. You should not need a specialist to run the factory. Say what you want. Approve it. The factory builds it right. You focus on your business. The factory handles the rest.
Cheaper and faster.
Less rework. Less waiting. Less waste. What took months should take weeks. What took weeks should take days.
Be ambitious
AI lets everyone be ambitious. A small team can now build like a big one. One founder can build what needed fifty engineers. An old system can be rebuilt in a year, not ten.
But ambition dies in rework. In delays. In bugs found after release. In software nobody trusts.
We want software to never be the hurdle. You set the ambition. The factory makes it real, step by step, with proof at every step.
Think big. Then go and achieve it.
Our promise
Mojo Factory will:
- stay sovereign: run where you want it, under your control, with your alpha kept yours
- leave you owning every line it builds
- ask what you want before it builds anything
- show proof before anything ships
- keep a person in charge, always
- make building software easy, if you know what you want
We build software this way ourselves. Now everyone can.
